We are based in Stilton, just outside of Peterborough north of Cambridge, UK, PE73RP
Our beautiful cakes are hand-crafted. Many cakes, especially wedding cakes, are booked well in advance. Please give us as much notice as you can as we are usually booked up to 4 months in advance (Longer for Wedding cakes).
Yes we do
We make prestigious and delicious hand-crafted cakes, which by their very nature are delicate and need to be handled with the utmost care. All our cakes are packed carefully for transportation, you are welcome to collect from our studio in Stilton (Peterborough, Cambridge, Lincolnshire, Bedfordshire and Northampton).
We offer a delivery for a fee within a 60-mile radius of our studio in Stilton. Our cakes are packed securely for transportation, so we can guarantee your cake arrives safely. We do travel further afield, for our Wedding and more extravagant bespoke cakes, so please contact us so we can calculate the delivery charge for you.
Because our cakes are too fragile we do not offer a courier service.
No problem! Contact us via our contact form and we will be delighted to provide a quote for a bespoke creation. All of our cakes are made to order and it is almost certain that no two cakes are the same, for example…the message, colour scheme and decoration are unique to you. If you have a picture or sketch of the cake you would like, you can email it to us at [email protected]
For freshness, our sponge and carrot cakes should be eaten within 6-7 days, if they are stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Once cut the cake should be kept in an airtight container to retain the freshness. Our fruit cakes should last at least three months. Do not put any of our cakes in the fridge, as this will affect the quality. It is possible to freeze leftover cake, wrapped in clingfilm.
What about allergy information?
All our cakes are baked and decorated in an environment where nuts are present, especially marzipan. Unless specified cakes may contain NUTS, MILK, EGGS, WHEAT, SOYA, GLUTEN, LUPIN, SESAME SEEDS & SULPHUR DIOXIDE.

Cake tools and tutorial FAQ’s
We’re sorry to advise that in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to or cancel your order once it is placed.
Our team works very quickly to pick and pack your orders and are collected first thing in the morning, so you benefit from the quick delivery our customers tell us they love.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with an estimated delivery date. If you have opted for the tracking service the tracking number will also be included. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, feel free to contact us so we can find the whereabouts of your order.

These things happen but don’t worry, we can resolve it for you. Simply email our Customer Service Angels at [email protected] and they will be happy to assist, whether it’s providing a refund or sending out a replacement.
To speed things up, please include the following information in your email:
• Order Number
• Name of Item Ordered, and Item Received
• Preferred Outcome (whether you’d like a replacement or a refund processing)
Please note, as a UK-based company, our shipping prices have changed as of January 2023. The prices below refer to parcels weighing 10kg or less. If your parcel weighs more than 10kg, there may be an extra charge required and our customer services team will be in touch regarding your order.
Please also note, customs charges for international orders may be applicable and are outside of our control.
Simply log into your account and go to ‘Address Book’. Here you can add as many different delivery addresses as you like.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is selected when placing your order.
If your order has already been placed with the wrong delivery address, we won’t be able to change this after dispatch. However, if you opted for ‘tracking’ you will receive a tracking number and link to the courier’s website when your order is dispatched from us. You should be able to change the delivery address with the courier directly.

Will you be out when your delivery is due to arrive? Don’t worry!
There is a little ‘note’ section where you can add instructions. Please note, that this cannot be guaranteed.
Although we cannot add specific instructions to the driver prior to dispatch, if you opted for the ‘tracking service’ will receive a tracking number and link to the courier’s website once your order has been dispatched from us. Here you will be able to track your order and leave messages directly with the courier.
You can also change your delivery day, but please note this may delay delivery.
Classes and online tutorials
Yes we offer group as well as 1:1 private classes at our studio in Stilton. Please see our selection of classes here
We can tailor the private class to whatever you want to learn. A days 1:1 session starts from £450 please contact us here to discuss your requirements.
Yes we do for most of our classes, however we do not offer this for our video tutorials.
Once you have purchased the video tutorial you will be sent a link so that you can access the tutorial.
All tutorials are taught in English so please bare this in mind before you place your order.
