MULTI CUTTER SET

This multi cutter set comprises of the Ezi Ruffle cutter and the 20 & 35mm Square multi cutters. They have been designed so that you can cut out multiple circles and squares to help speed up the making patterned designs. They can also be used on other projects that require lots of circles or squares ie; Minecraft cake design, chequered boards, Ruffles as well as lots of other themes.

These multi cutters can be used by beginners as well as professional cake decorators saving so much time.

TIP:

When using the Ezi ruffle multi cutter or the square cutters, we recommend working with either Saracino Modelling paste or a 50/50 mixture of sugarpaste and flower paste. It also works well with sugarpaste, flower or modelling paste and marzipan.

You can cut out lots of circles or squares at a time and place on a foam mat covered with a plastic sleeve to stop them from drying out.

The Ezi Ruffle multi cutter cuts out 12, 35mm circles at a time.

The square multi cutter is available in two sizes 20 & 35mm. The 20mm cuts 15 at a time and the 35mm cuts 12.

Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry. Not suitable for use in a microwave or dishwasher

  Spent a very useful Saturday at a Master the Basics Class by Cakes by Carol in Peterborough. Working with Carol and 3 other (much) more skilled ladies I managed to learn how to properly place and smooth fondant icing using the sharp edge smoother and even my efforts looked really sharp! 😀 now to practice.

  I hesitated for far too long before finally booking a course with Carol ‘Master the basics’. Wish I had took the plunge sooner, the sharp edge smoother is an absolute game changer whether you’re a professional or a hobby baker like me. Carol made me feel very welcome, at ease and she also has the patience of a saint!   Carol created our wedding cake and it was stunning. The colours and toppers were exactly what we had wished for, and the flavours were very tasty. She also made gluten-free cupcakes which went down very well with our coeliac guests.

The only criticism I have is that communication was often difficult (my emails not being replied to and me having to follow them up, for example), but nevertheless the final result looked wonderful.

  I experienced a course taught by Carol and what can I say, but wow! Worth every penny!
She had the patients of a saint and was very focused in meeting all of the group’s individual needs. It’s rare for someone to be willing to share so much knowledge, even more than what was advertised on her site.
Definitely worth investing in her courses whether a hobby baker or a professional as there was so much to learn.
What made it even better, is that Carol herself is a normal down to earth person and a laugh to be around.

If anything, I was going to score her low just because I’m jealous of her cakes.

  Recently bought Carol's cake smoother and 16 inch plates. I have only practiced a little bit with it, but wow what a difference it has made.   Sampling Carol's cakes was without a doubt my now Husband's favourite part of wedding planning! It has always been our dream to have Penguins on the top of our wedding cake and Carol not only made this a reality but made a truly stunning cake.   I bought wedding cake and Christmas cake tutorial with Carol. Oh I'm learning a lot and when you have a  problem she's there to help. I'm in South Africa but I feel  like she's close to me, because I can hear clearly and understand what she's saying.
