Cover the cake with sugarpaste to achieve a smooth professional finish and Carol’s signature sharp edges.
Ice a cake board
Make some simple sugar flowers to finish your cake.
£150 – Lunch, tea/coffee and all ingredients provided.

    I had a 1-2-1 with Carol to perfect the dreaded square cake. Carol was very patient, helpful and a great teacher. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone who is looking to gain new techniques or brush up on skills. It was a very relaxed environment and she is more than willing to share her knowledge and tips.
