Ganaching and Sharp Edges class February 16th
Saturday 16th 9.30am – 2.30pm
You will learn how to:
- Split, level, fill a 6” sponge cake
- Cover with ganache
- Cover with sugarpaste to achieve a smooth professional finish and our signature sharp edges using my new Sharp Edge Smoother tool.
- Ice a cake board
- Practice on dummy cakes (which you can take home) and also how to achieve the perfect marble effect
- At the end of the class you will take home your cake to impress your friends and family after learning new skills and techniques to create other cakes
Everything is provided including apron, equipment and materials including the box for you take the cake home in.
Refreshments are available throughout the day, but please bring a packed lunch.
