I have been a chef for 20 years and have previously made celebration cakes for friends and family as a sideline.

I am self taught with regards to cake design and now run a small cake business from home in Yaxley, Peterborough.

I make cakes for any occasion and all cakes are individually designed. 
Choose from Madeira, fruit, chocolate, carrot, lemon, orange, chocolate & strawberry, coffee, mocha, chocolate & Baileys or marble sponge. You can even have a different flavour for each tier if you wish.

I am registered with the Local Authority's Health & Enviromental Services and I am regularly visited by them to check my compliance with the 1990 Food Safety Act, Food Safety (general food hygiene) Regulations 1995 and Temperature control Regulations 1995.

I also hold Food Handling Certificates necessary for such work.
